At Sage Society we offer classes and services for every fitness level. Whether you are a new mom returning to exercise postpartum, or a seasoned pro who is looking to improve your health and well-being, there is a program that is right for you.
A variety of classes to meet you where you are.
Group classes of maximum 15 people. Choose from prenatal strength, postpartum strength and rehab, signature sculpt fusion, HIIT bootcamp, cardio & core, glute mastery, mom & baby workouts, and more!
For those who want more personalization and accountability in a fun small group format.
Small group classes of 4-5 women. Get personalized coaching, accountability, and take your fitness to the next level. Additional classes will be added upon request. Membership includes individualized holistic wellness and nutrition coaching on our app.
