Strength training for HER.

returning to strength training, or simply ready to see real results without more injuries.

Real programming. A real coach in the room. Total scheduling flexibility.

Never a class you just follow along to.

Coached, not supervised · Weekly time slots, 6am–6pm · No fixed schedule required ·

Something changed. It wasn't you

doing anything wrong.

Maybe your body responds differently to the same habits that used to work.

Maybe you're rebuilding strength after taking some time off and you don't fully trust your body yet.

Maybe you feel fit, but you're ready to feel strong too, and see the results of your hard work.

Are you one of these women? You may be all 3.

FINALLY, HER TURN

"I'm ready to put myself first."

"I want to be in the best shape of my life - and move without pain doing it."

Maybe you've spent years making sure everyone else's needs came first. This is for the woman who's decided it's her turn - real strength, the best shape of her life, on her own terms, with a coach in her corner the whole way.

THE PERIMENOPAUSE PIVOT

"My body feels different lately."

"I want to feel strong, not just skinny."

If you're 40+ and noticing your energy, your shape, or your results shifting even though nothing else changed - that's hormonal, not a discipline problem. This is where you start.

THE POSTPARTUM REBUILD

"I don't want to just bounce back."

"I want to be strong."

Cleared for exercise isn't the same as knowing what to actually do. Diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, general deconditioning -this is our specialty, not an afterthought.

This isn't a class.

It's skilled individualized coaching.

Semi-private means a real coach programs, watches,

and corrects your lifting in a small group — not a rotating cardio class,

not a room of dumbbells you're left to figure out alone.

↑ vs. Big-box gyms

No guesswork, no intimidation, no wandering the floor. Every session is coached and programmed.

↑ vs. Group bootcamp studios

Real periodized strength training with progressive overload — not a different random class every day.

↑ vs. Solo personal training

The same coaching quality and program design, at a more accessible price, with built-in camaraderie.

↑ vs. At-home / app-only programs

A real coach corrects your form, adjusts for injury, and adapts your plan in real time — something no app alone can do.

Real programming. Not "we do strength training."

Every member trains inside one of two tracks, refreshed every two weeks so your body never plateaus.

TRACK 1

Strength & Conditioning

Three rotating workouts per two-week block. A warm-up, a 10–15 minute strength portion, and a 15–20 minute finisher - an 80/20 blend of strength and metabolic work that raises your heart rate without turning the session into pure cardio.

TRACK 2

Progressive (Pure) Strength

Two complementary full-body workouts, 100% strength — no cardio finishers. Built around targeted strength work trained to genuine, appropriately-coached failure, designed on the principles of progressive overload. Shared equipment is supersetted between partners, so you're always working alongside someone, not standing around waiting on a rack.

A fully-equipped strength facility

Smith rack, multi-directional cable machine, barbells and plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, landmine, TRX, resistance bands, medicine and Pilates balls, benches, boxes, and wall ball targets.

Schedule subject to change based on client requests and demand. So let us know if you prefer specific days/times.

A collaborative space built with women in mind.

Stop searching for referrals — we have them all here.

Questions, answered

I've never lifted weights before. Is this for me?

Yes. Every session is coached — you're never guessing. Programming meets you exactly where you are and progresses from there.

I don't have time for this.

Time slots run daily 6am–6pm, and there's no fixed recurring day or time — you book what works for your week, not a set class schedule you have to protect.

I've tried gyms and programs before and quit.

That's usually because nobody was actually watching your progress. Here, a real coach programs your sessions, checks in weekly, and adjusts when something isn't working — so you're not left to self-motivate alone.

Is this safe for my injury / postpartum body?

Yes. Perimenopause and postpartum training — including diastasis recti and pelvic floor considerations — is our specialty, not an afterthought. Your coach adjusts your programming in real time, and on-site physical therapy is available if you need it.

Why semi-private instead of just personal training or a regular gym?

You get the same coaching quality and program design as private training, at a more accessible price — with the camaraderie of training alongside other women, instead of training alone.

Is it worth the price?

Sessions start at $45, and that includes your nutrition consult, weekly coach check-ins, unlimited open gym access, and app access — not just the time on the floor.

"I built The Reserve because I got tired of watching women get handed the wrong program.

This is the studio I wished existed for women like me."
